1. JOINING THE VIP CLUB
You are enrolled in the Page Turn Books VIP Club when you select the VIP Club offer at checkout and complete your purchase. Before you complete your purchase, checkout shows the introductory period, membership price, billing frequency, and how to cancel.
By selecting the VIP Club and completing your purchase, you agree that:
- Your membership begins with a 28-day introductory period starting on the date of your order.
- Unless you cancel before the introductory period ends, your payment method will be charged $39.99 USD on the 28th day after your order, and every 28 days after that, until you cancel.
- You can cancel at any time, with no cancellation fee, using any method in Section 5.
Your selection of the VIP Club and completion of your purchase is your express consent to enroll and to the recurring charges described in these Subscription Terms. After you join, we email you a confirmation with these terms and a link to cancel.
If you are already an active member, placing another order does not create a second membership or restart your introductory period.
2. INTRODUCTORY PERIOD
Every new member receives a 28-day introductory period beginning on the date they join. During this period you have full access to member benefits and pay no membership fee.
If you cancel before the introductory period ends, you will not be charged the membership fee. If you do not cancel, your membership automatically becomes a paid membership and your payment method is charged $39.99 USD on day 28.
3. RECURRING BILLING AND PAYMENT AUTHORIZATION
After the introductory period, your membership renews automatically every 28 days at $29.99 USD until you cancel.
By joining the VIP Club, you authorize Page Turn Books and its payment processor to:
- Charge the payment method you used at checkout for the membership fees described above.
- Continue charging that payment method every 28 days until you cancel under Section 5.
- Use updated card details provided by your card issuer (for example, through Visa Account Updater or Mastercard Automatic Billing Updater) so your membership continues if your card is replaced or expires.
Membership charges appear on your statement as "Page Turn Books".
You agree that we are not required to send a separate reminder before the end of your introductory period or before each renewal charge. You are responsible for keeping track of your introductory period end date and renewal dates, and for cancelling before a charge if you do not wish to continue.
If a charge is declined, we may retry your payment method for up to 30 days. If we cannot collect payment within that time, your membership and benefits may be suspended or ended.
4. MEMBER BENEFITS
While your membership is active, you receive:
- Free shipping on eligible orders
- Free access to all ebooks in our store
Benefits are available only while your membership is active. We may add, change or remove individual titles or offers from time to time at our discretion. Ebooks accessed through your membership are licensed for your personal, non-commercial use only and may not be resold, shared publicly or redistributed.
5. HOW TO CANCEL
You can cancel your VIP Club membership at any time, for any reason, with no cancellation fee, using either of these methods:

Cancellation takes effect as soon as you submit it, and no further membership charges will be made. We will email you a confirmation. You keep your member benefits through the end of the introductory period or billing period you are already in.
You do not need to give a reason for cancelling, and we will never require you to call or speak with a retention agent.
6. REFUNDS FOR MEMBERSHIP CHARGES
Membership charges already processed are not refunded when you cancel, except where required by law or where we choose to issue a courtesy refund. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us promptly at info@pageturnbooks.com and we will review your request.
Membership charges are handled under these Subscription Terms, not our product return process, and no processing or restocking fees apply to them. Nothing here limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law, including your right to dispute a charge with your card issuer. If something is wrong, please contact us first, since we can usually fix it faster.
7. PRICE AND TERM CHANGES
We may change the membership price, billing interval, or other material membership terms in the future. If we do:
- We will email active members at least 30 days before the change takes effect.
- The notice will clearly describe the change and when it starts.
- You can cancel before the change takes effect to avoid the new terms.
- If you remain a member after the change takes effect, the updated terms apply.
8. SUSPENSION OR TERMINATION
We may suspend or end your membership if:
- We are unable to collect payment within 30 days of a declined charge.
- You violate our Terms of Service or these Subscription Terms.
- We reasonably suspect fraud, abuse, or unauthorized use, including sharing or redistributing member ebooks.
- We discontinue the VIP Club.
If we discontinue the VIP Club, we will notify active members by email and stop all future charges.
9. ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS
By joining the VIP Club, you agree to receive membership communications from us by email, including your enrollment confirmation, cancellation confirmations, and notices of changes to these terms. These communications satisfy any requirement that they be provided in writing.
If you have given us your mobile number and opted in to text messages, you may also receive membership and promotional texts. Reply STOP to any message to opt out of marketing texts.
10. HOW THESE TERMS RELATE TO OUR OTHER POLICIES
These Subscription Terms are part of our Terms of Service. If they conflict on anything related to the VIP Club, these Subscription Terms control. Your use of our site is also covered by our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Shipping Policy.
11. CHANGES TO THESE SUBSCRIPTION TERMS
We may update these Subscription Terms from time to time. Material changes that affect active members will be emailed at least 30 days before they take effect, and the date at the top of this page shows the latest revision. If you do not agree with an update, you can cancel before it takes effect using either method in Section 5.
